strawberry jam

 maren, kathryn and i got together last night to make some jam.

none of us had ever made it before so we didn't really know what we were doing.

i'd say it turned out pretty good for being first-timers. 

we need to figure out how to make it thicker. it was a little runny. but still good.

and add less sugar. it was pretty sweet.

i should have taken pictures during the whole thing, but didn't think of it.

can't wait [for kathryn] to make more!
