it looks like a lot of writing. but its a good story.
promise.
so today was kind of crazy.
a little group had to go to a different town to film.
another little group had to grab people stuff and switch hotels.
and another group had to go to the next location and set up base.
me, laurie, and aley happen to be in the group that had to set up base.
that didnt take long.
everybody else's job took about 4 hours longer than ours.
so we are sitting there in the lobby of a hotel for an hour.
and the thought comes to our head.
"city bus to the mall?"
(we did need rainy weather gear--so it wasn't ALL just out of fun--but mostly)
we run to the bus station and try to figure out how to read the german bus schedule.
can't do it.
so we take a picture of it and take it to a restaurant and have them try to explain.
mid-explanation the bus shows up.
(i was on the lookout)
so i ran in the hotel and yell
"laurie! aley! they bus is here!"
so we all book it to the station again.
we get on the bus.
laurie: "hey, do you speak english?"
bus driver: "no"
laurie: "okay, well does this go to the shopping mall?"
bus driver: "uhhhhhh eh?"
^^if i recall correctly, he said he didnt speak english.
he finally somewhat understood us and we got on the bus having total faith in germany just then.
we make the 20 min bus ride to this sweet mall we didn't even know existed.
got our stuff and got back right as lunch started.
man was it nerve racking but we did it and it was awesome.
and everyone else was kind of upset with us.
oops.
right before our bus adventure.
ps. that restaurant in the background..
kaiser karl.
we eat there literally everyday.
but i'm not even sick of it because its so good.
and they have such a big variety.

You little daredevils, you!! Good thing you didn't end up in some other random city...and that you got back home too!!
