and i ate a sandwich from kneaders.

turkey bacon avocado. 

SO GOOD.

i went to spanish fork with my instructor for school today.

i learned some stuff from this lady that lives there.

it was cool.

tonight we got into the provo river.

it was very warm.

then we went hot tubing.

it was very cold.
