quadri-lingual?

welcome to my life now that new nanny is here.

this is what i do, while they play.

kidding. i play with them too.

sometimes.

now, i know this looks like a lot of words. 

but just read it.

so you can have a headache, like i do now.

i swear i was speaking like 50 different languages today.

first, i have to speak baby talk to the baby.

and i have to talk pretty slow for the thai girl, sarah, to understand me.

which is a whole new language in itself.

and the cleaning lady was here today.

who speaks spanish.

i'm alright at spanish.

so i carried like a 10 minute conversation with her.

which turned into like an hour. literally.

but when you know like 3 words in spanish..

they think you are fluent.

so they go off and off.

all i could say was "o si" after everything she said.

but wait.

theres more.

cleaning lady went back to cleaning.

and i was so caught up in spanish that i started speaking spanish to sarah.

and a mix between baby talk and spanish to baby.

do i really think they are going to understand me?

so then i had to get back in english mode.

aka baby talk.

and slow talk.

golly. i have a headache just thinking about it.

oh, and on top of everything, i keep asking sarah to teach me words in thai.

its really cool.

but i dont think that is helping the cause.

ay ay ay caramba.
